Update
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Progress continues to be made and some users have now regained access to their email. As the service recovers the heavy load may cause speed issues. Not all affected users are currently live. We will update again when service has been fully restored.

We are investigating an issue impacting outlook and webmail. This can present as slow loading or login issues.
During the incident outlook may reject your password. This is a symptom of the issue and does not mean that the password is incorrect, rather the server is the connection due to the issue.
We will provide an update once we have additional information.
